I created a HACS integration to pull in water usage data from ACWD (Alameda County Water District) online portal into the HA Energy Dashboard.
Ever since ACWD moved to AMI “smart” water meters a couple of years back, it killed the ability for me to measure my water usage using my Flume smart water meter since Flume doesn’t work with ultrasonic meters.
If you live in Fremont, Newark or Union City, CA (USA) you can hook this up to your ACWD portal account and it will pull in water usage data into the HA energy dashboard
As ACWD batches their data updates, it’s not real-time but you can at least pull in hourly data that’s typically a few hours old
