I integrated my new Victron Multiplus II into Home Assistant using Modbus and so far I’m happy with its stability.
I would, however, love to have a dedicated integration for Victron GX devices, because I wasn’t able to import any energy sensors. Only power sensors worked. I am aware that I can create a Riemann Sum Integration to convert all Power sensors into Energy sensors, and so far I’m doing that.
The issue I have with this is that, first of all, it’s not very precise and second of all, anytime the connection between the HA host and the Cerbo GX is lost, the integration stops working.
The long term solution for this would be, imho an official Integration for Victron GX devices in HA
