I’ve recently integrated an APC UPS into my Home Assistant setup and was disappointed to find that the original apcupsd add-on was archived. Not to be deterred, I created a new version and have posted it to GitHub at GitHub - sstallion/hassio-addons: Home Assistant Add-ons in case others may be interested.
The add-on is functionally complete, documented, and has survived a few power events without issue. As a bonus, the APC UPS Daemon integration works with this add-on using the default configuration. At the moment images are not signed due to codenotary being unavailable to new users, however I hope to correct this once a new method is available.
