New phone connecting through duckdns and can't login. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I installed the app, it found the instance of HA but I can’t even get to the login screen. As soon as I select the instance i get.

Error Code: -6
Description:
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I don’t see anything in the logs. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app. Tried to come in through a local and the internet, same error. I can login through a browser on the phone without issue.
