New Reolink CX410W (Wi-Fi cam) and CX810 POE integration in Homeassistant unsuccessful?

I’m desperately trying to integrate my relatively new Reolink 410W and CX810 POE into Homeassistant.
Is it possible that this new model isn’t “integrated” yet?
It would be interesting if someone has the same problem or not, so I know where to look.

Thank you very much!

Which 410W do you have? RLC-410W or CX410W?
From the documentation, first one is supported, second one only in POE version. But that does not mean it won’t work.

Did you follow the “Initial setup” steps from the documentation?

See Reolink IP NVR/camera - Home Assistant

Yes, it is the new CX410W!
But I can’t integrate the new CX810 (POE) either.
I actually have all the settings as listed on the page. The cameras can be accessed in the Reolink app and via Linux/Windows in the browser.
In Homeassistant it says “Connection failed, check the IP address of the camera”
I entered this normally. 192.168.3.xxx without a port. In the second image, which comes after the failure, you can enter port 80 for http, but this was also unsuccessful.

PS: I have had several RLC-410A and an E1-Outdoor integrated into Homeassistant for months without any problems. The new cameras replace two other brands. So I’m not completely inexperienced, hence my frustration :-))

SOLUTION:
I did a manual firmware update on both and deactivated the “illegal login lock” and lo and behold, BOTH cameras are integrated!!
