New router at home, how to flush DNS/DHCP etc so DuckDNS works again?

I’ve got a new router at home - I can access Home Assistant locally over the LAN at the local IP, but my DuckDNS URL isn’t working. I’ve restarted Home Assistant but NOT the supervisor. I’ve SSH in and run
hassio dns restart
but that hasn’t resulted in any change.

Is my only option a supervisor restart?
