What SimpliSafe plan do you have?
I had the 24.99 ie the interactive plan.
But I just downgraded to the basic plan which still has the app arm disarm etc.
My problems happen with either plan.
We’re fairly certain you need the Standard or Interactive plan for the integration to work. If you’ve tried theInteractive plan, then unfortunately, I don’t have any fresh leads to pursue at the moment.
I am on the standard plan as of 4 days ago and it works fine, cause each time I have an issue I can remove the integration, then set it all back up, problem only happens on reboots. And like I said if I do 4 to 10 reboots then it will pickup again.
And this is the same result on the standard or interactive plan. I am on the standard plan at this time.
Gets even stranger, I needed to reboot for an update, I did and the SimpliSafe failed to connect like it does. I left it never bounced again or deleted and re-added and today it is connected and working.

Yes but died after another reboot today at 130pm. Going to leave it again see it it recovers. Still hasn’t… So definitely an issue on each reboot or server restart for a config change.
Can you install HASS on a separate machine (VM/Pi/whatever) and see if the problem exists there, too? That’ll rule out a problem with the hardware.
Looks like Simplisafe lost authentication again in home assistant. Does not look like an easy way to get it back? Before I delete and reinstall is there a better way to do it?
Are you not prompted to reauthenticate in the Integrations page?
I am not. Says failed to setup in integration.

This is all I see. There is no option to reconfigure or reauthorize in the integration.
Your installation never connected to SimpliSafe at all – that’s why re-authentication isn’t an option. I’ve seen this happen with a few other installations, but not broadly enough to identify why – my installation, for instance, has never had this happen.
Out of curiosity, have you changed the SimpliSafe monitoring plan that you have? There was one user a few weeks ago who started seeing this after they downgraded their monitoring plan.
I did not change anything with Simplisafe. I just check on my phone same settings and it logged right in with no issue. Should I delete and reinstall the integration?
Rather than try to troubleshoot this, I deleted it and re-added it. All working again. I let you know if it disconnects again.

Just following up on this. I waited a couple of weeks for the next Hassio update and core update and it resolved my very odd issue.
This seems like the same issue I am having with it. If you reboot the host a few times as many as 10. It might return to working.
I just deleted and reinstalled. I reboot.
I have been adding different devices and have rebooted a couple of times. The first time I lost Simplisafe but it let me reauthenticate. The second time I lost it I could not. I had to delete it and reinstall.
How do you get the integration reconfigure pop up? I get “configure” option but it does not provide the link to auth with SimpliSafe. I tried using the link from the Homebridge plug in and inputting the code into HA but doesn’t work. It appears to work, but does not actually.
