New to HA, Sonoff compatible devices

Hey Guys!

I am completely new to HA.
I decided to buy a bunch of Sonoff devices and I am wondering if they can work together.

I have HomeAssistant running an a Pi.

I would like to buy the following devices:

  • Sonoff ZigBee CC2531 USB adapter (To connect to zigbee devices)
  • Sonoff B02-B-A60 (Rgb and white bulbs)
  • Sonoff Zigbee motion sensor (SNZB-03)
  • Sonoff Zigbee temperature sensor (SNZB-02)
  • Sonoff Zigbee door sensor (SNZB-04)

I would like to avoid buying a ZigBee bridge, I would prefer to use HA to handle everything with the ZigBee adapter.

I know that sonoff have an integraton for HA and also I found this github repo: GitHub - AlexxIT/SonoffLAN: Control Sonoff Devices with eWeLink (original) firmware over LAN and/or Cloud from Home Assistant

Based on my research these should work together but I am not sure. Did I miss something?
Is this ZigBee adapter also compatible with products of other brands?

Thanks for your help!

Iā€™d buy the Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 Dongle Plus ($14) The CC2531 is outdated

Iā€™d also recommend zigbee2mqtt and forget eWeLink

As for door sensors, the XFINITY works good. Only $4.80 ea
