New user here! Not in a Hypervisor partition (HVP=0)

Hi Guys,

I am new to all of this and basically just want to get HA up and running so I can convert the reading I’m getting from a sensor I have in my water tank.

I downloaded virtual box followed a youtube video to install Home Assistant but when I go to power VM up I get this error:

Any ideas how I can fix it so I can get HA up and running?
