Newbie idiot, struggling with theme

Hi
I´m new to this HA universe, so please be kind :slight_smile:
I want to create a dash in this style:

But after several evenings, and sleepless nights, im giving up, and asking for help. My confusion is that through HACS i can get themes (that i dont know what looks like) or Dashboards, that i dont know how to "activate" in my HA. Ive looked at the “kibibit theme” but it seems to be unavaliable through HACS ?
My google is almost worn out, and my youtube is overloaded, and i cant find any advice for at total newbie.
The search results almost all take for granted that i can make my dash in YAML ( i cant) or show how to install a dash thats not avaliable in HACS (anymore ?)
Things like " 1. Go to services and trigger the frontend.reload_themes service." is fine, but i cant find that service.
Can anyone point me in direction of a “total idiot, newbie guide” to this ?
I`m danish, so please excuse my english skills :slight_smile:

Once you have installed the theme in HACS then go to the very bottom button on the left hand menu (with your name on it). You can choose your theme there.

The kibibit theme hasn’t been maintained for a while sadly, pity as I find it one of the best looking (personal, I know)
