Nexa smoke detector detection with rfxtrx, shows panic all the time

Just got my rfxtrx today tried to integrate my Nexa smoke detector in HA.
When I pressed the test button on the smoke detector HA added a sensor which says “Panic” so I thought it was okay, but the panic state is not changing and are always indicate panic:

Have tried the test button afterwards and panic state is still not changing.
Is it any change that could be done for HA to indicate panic only when the smoke detector is alarming?
Others that have experience with Nexa smoke detectors in HA?

My smoke detectors are not branded with Nexa, but they look the same and has the same specifications so I believe they are the same, just different branded. The model is also the same.

original issue got closed, but i don’t think the return from panic to normal state ‘issue’ has been resolved with rfxtrx sensors…

The problem is that the smoke sensor never sends a signal for no smoke.

So you can solve the problem with a binary sensor for smoke detection.
It can be activated by an event send from the rfxtrx sensor, and set back to no smoke sate by a timer in a script.

My solution for this is:

sensor:

- platform: rfxtrx
  devices:
    xxxxxxxxxxx:
      name: my smoke detector
      fire_event: True

And then I can react on that event, for instance, send a notification
automation:

trigger:
  - platform: event
    event_type: signal_received
    event_data: {"entity_id": "sensor.my_smoke_detector_sensor_status"}
action:
  - service: notify.notify

But as @Danielhiversen stated, using it as a binary sensor and maybe use off_delay variable is probably a more elegant solution

Is it possible to send that command back to the smoke alarm to activate it from HA?

So I could activate the alarm when running a script.

Both to the Nexa Doorbell and Nexa Smoke alarm.
