NextDNS integration installation fails

I have been trying for several days now to install the nextdns integration, I enter my api key, when I submit there is a spinning wheel for a while then the error message “unknown error occurred”

How can I further triage/fix this? I have tried different api keys, same issue, running latest version of HA

Add this to your configuration.yaml file

logger:
  default: warning
  logs:
    nextdns: debug
    homeassistant.components.nextdns: debug

restart HA, try to configure the integration. After that open an issue here with attached log file.
