Feel free to test the NextDNS integration I’m developing.
The integration is available here https://github.com/bieniu/ha-nextdns and you can add it as a custom integration to the HACS.

Suggestion: add dns benchmarking.
The NextDNS API does not provide any method of benchmarking.
The integration will be available in HA 2022.8.
