NFC Tags in HA and Andriod help

Hi Guys
I am trying to create a automation with NFC tagsm, however when I create a tag ( Add Tag ) THERE IS NO Creat & write ?? What am I missing. When I scan the tag Andriod phone tells me that the tag uis empty ?

Thanks guys sorted out the problem, was using my phone link to home asssistant and not the app. Thanks
