Nginx Proxy Manager "Internal Error"

Hi,
I add-on DuckDNS and Ngix Proxy to allow me remote access to my HA. However, with Nginx Proxy Manager, i have a “internal error”.

after checking again and again, I think the problem come from router, even if port forwarding activated. I make a test from canyousseme.org and I get the following error

Error: I could not see your service on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on port (80)
Reason: Connection timed out

is there any other way to open port 80 and 443?
