These are Not ip cam?
Have DVR they record to?
If so, below may work.
DVR admin menu give option for “restream” or output “rtsp stream” I think.
With this you setup camera to output on different port like:
Cam1= rtsp://dvrip:554
Cam2=rtsp://dvrip:555
You may use this option then use ffmpg component on HA
I have not done this or seen it used.
I have setup these systems before and noticed the options and believed this would be use case.
