I suggest asking your question directly in the topic you linked.
Did the previous commands work like “nmcli device”, “nmcli wifi rescan” etc.?
Did you try without the quotes or does your SSID contain space characters?
In general, may I ask why you want/need to use WiFi instead of a wired connection?
