No acces on http://homeassistant.local:8123

Hi all help please. I am trying to accress my Home assistant green on a pc but cant login with this http://homeassistant.local:8123
I am new to the Home assistant and just getting started. i have used this acces before but have left it for a month till i could get time to have a look at setting it up with dashboards and such.
I am logged in with the app on my phone if that could help?

Did you check https://green.home-assistant.io ?

If you can find the IP address of your Home Assistant server, just enter that in the browser address line. For example, if your Home Assistant servcer is on IP 192.168.1.50, then enter this in your browser:

http://192.168.1.50:8123
