No activity specified with turn_on service error

First-day using Hass.io without any previous experience, but I am a developer and am familiar with Linux.
Upon installation, it did detect my Harmony hub and two devices showed up. However, whenever try to turn on a device it shows:
No activity specified with turn_on service.
components/remote/harmony.py (ERROR)

If the device is on, I could turn it off. I don’t even know where to start to troubleshoot, there wasn’t any documentation I could find (for Hass.io). I’d really appreciate if anyone could give me a pointer.

Am I the only one having this issue?

I have it. but sadly dont know why its showing no matter how many times i look on the code. and allso instresting is that ive not found anything thats not working as it should.
