I cannot get select Advance Mode from my Profile Page, can someone please help?

tried as suggested, no change to the situation. The toggle is still greyed out.
Can you Create a New User making sure you have administrator checked?
Then log in with New User.

I have the same issue and having to add a new account is not a solution I should have to do.
My original Adminstrator/Owner account SHOULD allow this without any trouble. Why is this option greyed out for this type of user?
