Hi all,
I seem to be seeing the same problems being displayed in a few add-ons.
“FATAL: The configured certfile is not found” - SSH & WEB TERMINAL.
“problems making Certificate Request” - DuckDNS.
Not sure what’s going on, I’ve honestly done five installs already after running into problems in the last week.
Thank you.
Do you just reinstall HA or do you also start with a fresh configuration.yaml?
Maybe you have a this in your config which is not valid? If so disable it an try without ssl.
http:
ssl_certificate: /etc/ssl/certs/ssl-cert-snakeoil.pem
ssl_key: /etc/ssl/private/ssl-cert-snakeoil.key
How is reinstalling every-time you have a problem working out for ya?
@DavidFW1960 that’s a little couterproductive. Seen a few people within HA do this, and It’s getting a bit old.
@Brocks . Did you follow the instructions in setting up duckdns properly with the letsencrypt in the duckdns configuration.
Doing what exactly? Telling people continually re-imaging is no way to solve a problem? You do know a definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?
Thanks but I’ll stick with my ‘counter-productive’ CORRECT advice.
CORRECT advice. What advice?
To stop reflashing all the time and address the problem…
