In Settings/Companion App/Wear OS/Favorite Entities on my Pixel 8 (paired with Pixel watch), the drop-down selection is empty. I tried manually entering an entity but it won’t stick.
Finally figured it out. Selecting the app on my watch it said it wasn’t connected to HA. It then had me to log in again on my phone. The entities then appear.
