I have an older Wear OS v2 watch and while most of the HA companion app features for Wear OS work the Tile is missing from the available tiles list. Other Wear OS apps have working Tiles on Wear OS v2.
There are indeed tiles available, make sure you are using the latest version of the app offered from the google play store
I have version ‘beta-2422-766e879d’ of the app on my watch.
I see the Tile options in the HA app on my watch but there is no HA Tile available to pick when choosing Tiles.
I have Wear OS 2.35.0.325323493.
That is very strange, how long have you had the wear OS app installed? Might be time to try and clear data and log back in as the tiles should be available unless there is a failure somewhere.

what watch is this? also have you tried rebooting the watch?
Yes, already tried a watch reboot. The watch is a New Balance RunIQ.

try opening an issue on github and provide some screenshots to show that hte app is missing in the tile selection window so other developers can take a look. I cant reproduce on my Fossil Gen 5, both tiles show up when I go to add a tile. Its the first I have heard of this. Not sure if logcat will provide any errors but might be worth looking at that.
