No ip adress on raspi4b

Hi,
I’m new to home automation and to HA.
I tried to configure HA, as it is described on the home page of HA.

unfortuately, i am not able to see the RasPI, no IP-adress.

I can see on my router that the port is active, Tx data is sent (WHY??).

still nothing after 30 minutes.

Anyone can help?

If your router isn’t showing you accessible ip addresses, you should use a port scanner to verify all ip addresses in your ip segment. If that doesn’t work i would spend some time to ping all eligilble ip addresses.
