No Neutral Wire Switch for Light with Ceiling Fan

I’m sure this has been brought up before, but I managed to get every light in the house working well with mostly Hue Bulbs, and one Lutron Diva Dimmer switch for the bathroom vanity lights (hardwired Leds).

I have one switch in the kitchen that controls an LED light and a Ceiling fan with 3 bulbs. I have to manually switch this one on\off as both are connected to the same switch and the Kitchen Light with the Leds can’t be controlled (the 3 bulbs in the fan light are hue bulbs). I don’t care if I can control the Fan Speed, I am happy to do that via the Pull Chain when needed, but I would love get this last light set on voice\home assistant control. It is an older house so there is no Neutral Wire (hence the Diva Switch for the bathroom) and I know you don’t use Dimmers with Fans, but any solutions here?

You could use a shelly, but instead of placing it behind the switch, place it behind the light.
in that way you have a neutral, and can use the existing switch to toggle the shelly
