No reconoce adaptador bluetooth en un portatil

hola tengo instalado el home assistant OS en un portatil Acer, antes lo tuve con linux y el home assista corriendo por debajo, y el bluetooth funcionaba.
ahora e instalado el home assistant os y no encuentra ningun adaptador, alguien sabe que puedo hacer

I have tried with two diff dongles so far (ASUS BT400 and avantree DG45) and it does not work either… im losing patience here.
