No templates for dashboard cards after upgrade to 2024.9.3

I’m running HA in docker on my NAS and normally only update HA when I see a specific need.

I upgraded today from 2024.4.1 to 2024.9.3 and after the update I can’t find any “template cards” when trying to add cards in a dashboard. Is this a common issue with a simple fix?

I went back to the old docker container as that still works as expected, but of course I want to get the latest version to work. Any ideas what can be wrong?

What do you mean by “template cards”?

With “template cards”, I mean the type of empty cards that can be selected as a start when updating a dashboard.

Can you see a window with a grid of cards after pressing a button “Add card”?

Not when I upgraded, but with the old version, yes.
With 2024.9.3, I have no empty cards to select from.

Have you tried resetting the front end cache/clearing the browser cache?

Yes, I tried clearing the browser cache, it didn’t help.

Maybe a custom card acting up? Have any exotic ones?

Can you post a screenshot of the “Add card” window which is empty?

I stopped the 2024.4.1 container and restarted the 2024.9.3 just to see that what I thought was new graphics for “add card” actually was the “add brick” + sign… :smiley:

No problem any longer…
