No ZBT-1 Update available

I am running Zigbee2mqtt with the ZBT-1 adapter running Firmware 7.4.4.0

I was wondering how to get the update to version 7.4.4.5?

I am not receiving any notification that an update is available. Is there any way to start the update manually?

Disabling z2m and configuring zha did also not show up the update.

Thank you, that worked. At least a little bit.

There is only firmware 7.4.4.3 available and not 7.4.4.5

Maybe the update have not been uploaded to the CDN used for HA.
