Hi, not sure what I’m missing. I have device tracking up and running, people show up “home” from their companian app, but on the map, they don’t show.
I can’t find anything to change to make this work. Thanks for the help

I’ve not had good luck with the default map display. I am not sure when it started, I am currently on 2021.5.5, but I believe if you have sensors with latitude and longitude attributes which are not ‘good’ coordinates, the map stops displaying remaining sensors. I think a sign of this is that when you go to the default map display and it shows downtown Amsterdam instead of your home location. Example of not good values would be the standard ‘unknown’, ‘NA’ or blank.
I have moved to having separate maps for each of my ‘geo-ed’ sensor types as shown below.

Location is not shown when you are home. See the first blue note box here:
Just landed here wondering the same thing - must say I think this is a poor decision - when people are setting up their home assistant they are almost certainly going to be home… Seeing that your person is tracked correctly (even if that place is home) is actually a useful bit of confirmation.
It’s obviously not the end of the world but it also requires some level of understanding from ancillary users (Eg my wife) which simply showing users locations at all times would avoid
What a shitty UX decision - good god…
