Any instructions that available to install Node.js on HASSIO.

Your question makes little sense. Hassio is just a couple of docker containers that accept addons that are also docker containers.
There is a HassOS image sometimes confused with Hassio but it is not designed to be extended.

Hassio can be installed on Linux OS that can be extended.
