Looks like you have a browser extension that is blocking components necessary for it to work…
Tried with many browser and PC and smartphone… no luck…
Looking at the path of one the missed image it point to http://192.168.1.14:1880/red/images/spin.svg but I’ve no “red” folder on my www of HASS.io installation.
Have you looked inside the docker container that runs node-red?
Also what happens when you just point to http://192.168.1.14:1880/red/images/spin.svg in a browser?
How to do it?
