Node Red and Unicode from Telegram convert for Media_Player

Hello,

when i send to telegram bot a short voice message, i get it with telegram bot like a link to a file.

I transfer this file to a Google Home Mini as media_player. But media player gets it in this format

That looks like unicode or something like that.
How can it be fixed?
