Node Red - Check for no-motion for X minutes?

I’ve just got myself an Aqara FP2 and I want to set up a flow that only takes action if there has been no motion for (e.g.) 30 seconds (not immediately on trigger)

I’ve tried various ways to jimmy this in other scenarios but was looking for something that’s a but more repeatable…

I came across this thread on reddit, but it’s very old and not quite enough information for me to repeat, so wondering if someone has a way to do this?
