sure it’s a really simple answer but had no luck.
I am using Node-red to trigger notifications to our android devices including FireTVs.
This works extremely well, the only issue I have is I cannot figure out how to escape characters such as ’ or / and others. Some work without any escaping but others cause the FireTV issues displaying.
The same notifications to phones and tablets have no such issue and work flawlessly.
Has anyone else come across this and found solutions? Although I know what it means, confuses the hell out of my family. Using notifications for all sorts including chores lists so have the rest of house reading them too.
