Quite often a part of HA is updated and tweeted. Following the link to the item frequently gives no clue as to what the add-on is or does. If you use the item, great, you get a prod that a new version is out. If you’ve never heard of item you are none the wiser and feel your time was wated following the link.
You could just search for the name of the brand or integration and usually you find what the integration is integrating.
But generally, if you don’t know what the integration is just by the name then you probably don’t use it.
