I’m new to all of this and have been lurking for a while.
Whilst I want to change everything for zwave it’s a bit pricey for me At present and requires changes that don’t pass WAF.
Lightwave do some attractive switches but before I go buy an rfxcom to use with my pi, I just wondered if there was a noob guide that would show me what to do. So I just sniff and then add the components, made up ids etc? Goal is on and off of my lightwave relay and lightwave wall light switches via Alexa and via ha and the emulated hue.
Anything I need to be wary of? Is the range on the rfxcom if in a cupboard significantly hindered? Any tips tricks and links welcome. Thank you one and all
