I am using Nortek stick combo for my zwave and zigbee network. Every time I tried using nvm backup in zwave js, I get the following error:
I would be grateful if anyone can explain how to fix this issue.

The controller is too old, NVM backup isn’t supported. You would need to upgrade it. [Guide] Nortek HUSBZB-1 NVM Backup/Restore and Updating Z-Wave Firmware - 🚧 Developers - Hubitat
You can use the Windows software (as indicated in that post) but won’t be able to restore to any other device except another Nortek.
Thank you! Beside this solution, could you recommend another best stick for zwave network that can be upgraded and backed up as well I dont have a steady hands to perform the solution mentionned above!
Any of the 800 series controllers will work fine. You just won’t be able to migrate directly from the Nortek, you’d have to start over (some work in progress to help with that, but not yet here) or use the controller shift process with PC Controller. There’s a video guide posted in the forums I don’t have a link to.
Here’s a list of controllers, but it’s not necessarily all-inclusive. Any 800-series controller should work with Z-Wave JS. https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/z-wave/controllers/
