Not able to access hassio on static ip if on different network range

Hi,

I vpn into my home network and it runs on a different network range
Lan = 10.0.0.1/24
VPNLan = 10.0.10.1/24

I can access the rest of my network. as normal, but cant access the hassio server either on web port or via ssh. At present to get to it, i ssh to my nas and then from there ssh to hassio and that works. I presume it a default network confirm somewhere, bot not to sure/familiar.

Any ideas welcome? Thx
