Not detecting Insteon USB PLM

Hi, gosh, I could really use some help. Trying to get instead setup with HA as we have no other options I guess. I was able to get HA installed on my MAC, and I am able to access the UI, It discovered and shows printers, & TV’s. But, it doesn’t recognize the insteon USB stick. I have the IP address for the stick via the Eero app, 10.0.7., I’ve done the ‘add integration’ and manually entered the address, and I’ve done it as http://10.0.7. and https://10.0.7.**. I also tried setting it up w/port forwarding on 8081, and entered the address as above w/:8081. Nothing works. I’ve tried putting the stick in different ethernet ports. I also am getting a configuration error: “Unable to install package PyTurboJPEG==1.6.6: error: subprocess-exited-with-error × Building wheel for numpy (pyproject.toml) did not run successfully.” but since the UI is working and it found all the other devices on the network, I’m hoping this is unrelated. I just want to get my insteon system up and running again.

Kinda confused. You mention USB Stick but you’re mention plugging the stick into an Ethernet port and having IP address…so let me ask, are you using USB PLM (no Ethernet) or a Hub (w. Ethernet)?

Ughh, just saw this reply now…getting my terminology crossed up. It’s a usb stick, but I had it plugged into the USB’s port on my eero router, not the Ethernet port. Had a friend of hubby over and he figured out how to get the address with it plugged into the laptop, so I have the interface up and running now and it found all our devices. I would prefer if the usb stick could be plugged into the eero instead, but have no idea if it will even work that way.
