Not discovering devices on wireless network (Windows 10)

I have not been able to get HA to discover any devices connected to the network through wireless. The wired connections show up fine. Everything is talking to the same router. I am runnig it on a windows 10 machine with the netifaces-0.10.5-cp35-cp35m-win32.whl installed in Python 3.5. What are some other things to try?

I am new to HA and would like to get started, but this is a a big roadblock.

Thanks,

No one had has this problem? Spent 8 hours trying to figure out. Not seeing good community support is a little discouraging

I am having this issue but using raspberry pi also my gps locations are showing as London but I am in Los Angeles, lat and long are correct along with time zone and config checks out. I have two netgear switches and it connects to a linksys router. Assuming it has to do with network but I am at a loss.

It does find my plex server, bravia tv but it is sporatic as it will turn the tv on when asked but turning it off and on again it stops working. It seems that anything that needs to be accessed from outside my network (wink hub, relay, weather, gps are not working).
