For many months I am no longer receiving email notifications of replies to posts/threads in this community even though they are definitely set up and selected in my profile settings.
I’ve mentioned this and asked for help on both HA’s Discord and Twitter but had no response for 2 months so I’m wondering if any one can help me with this issue here please?
**EDIT - Before anyone asks, my email address is correct, I have been checking junk folders and I have actually been replied to in threads
Definitely not received any, Tom. I’ve just checked my inbox, junk folder and deleted items and no email from the forum at all on 9 July, or any date. My email address on my account is correct and the settings are as below:
