Not seeing homeassistant client in my router's DHCP client list

i’m running homeassistant on my Windows laptop via Ubuntu virtualbox. i’m trying to get the IP address of my homeassistant but when i go to my router’s DHCP client list, i’m seeing the IP/MAC address of my windows laptop but not the homeassistant instance.

i’m able to access http://homeassistant.local:8123/. any ideas?
