Notification asking me to review the app permissions

I keep getting this notification on my phone.

What is causing this message and what could be the solution?

Are you sending a notification command (so controlling your phone in some way) via a specific channel? Never gotten that particular message, but I know for instance with my house alarm notifications that adjust the volume of my phone, I had to enable that permission for that channel the first time (no idea what the process would be if you happened to deny it).

Yes I believe it is command notifications.
I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it a few weeks ago to get around the issue that was in the previous version.
Now it seems I can’t make the HA app device admin.
