A week or two ago, I started getting Login Attempt failures in my notification panel. The thing is, that login works fine on all devices. But this failure notice keeps coming back a few times during the day. Any idea what could cause this? The IP is my router’s IP.
What version of HA are you running?
I’ve had similar error messages, but it seems to have gone since updating to 0.89.1
Just updated to 89.1 and got this on first login:
2019-03-09 13:00:36 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.http.ban] Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from 192.168.x.xxx
Hmm, I guess it’s another issue to the one I had.
The only other thing I can think of is to log out with the device(s) causing the error, clear the auth tokens, log back in and see if the error persists.
I have trusted_networks:
configured under http:
, and homeassistant
and trusted_networks:
configured under auth_provider:
Seems to have been fixed in 0.89.2
Ah, correction: it came back after 20 minutes…
