Notification with image from url

I would like to send a notification (pushover) with an attached image. Right now I save the image, attach it from the local path and delete the file.

Is there a way without saving the file first? If I enter the url as an attachment: it does not work:

Path is not whitelisted

Is there no way to include the image directly from a local network source (http)?
