I have installed Notifier add-on from guido-syseng with the picotts add-on.
When starting the addon with music and tts tests options, I can hear sound and message: nice !!
Unfortunately, when I try to send message or music through automation … no sound
nothing visible in Notifier add-on logs and nothing also in HA logs

Hi. I just found and installed this same add-on.
I have the exact same issue as you do. Did you ever get it working?
edit: Just found this and made that change. Now it works. Completely missed the part about changing the host name
