Notify matrix room that Home Assistant has successfully started

Hi Guys, So first post here and I wanted to make it count for all the community has given to me so far. I couldn’t find any blueprints out there already to do this so I borrowed some code from someone here and tweaked it to handle the extra bits for the matrix room. Tested it out and it works like a champ for me. Let me know how it works!

Matrix - synapse, its an addon for hassio.

Basically a self hosted chat instance and that’s understating it. I am using it as a replacement for telegram notifications as I am trying to get as much stuff out of that damned cloud as possible. I much prefer sunny weather and clear skies!
