Notify matrix room that Home Assistant is shutting down

I couldn’t find any blueprints out there already to do this so I borrowed some code from someone here and tweaked it to handle the extra bits for the matrix room. Tested it out and it works like a champ for me. Let me know how it works!

Open your Home Assistant instance and show the blueprint import dialog with a specific blueprint pre-filled.
