I’m planning to use an old Intel NUC as hass hardware.
It is the old DCCP847DYE with 8GB RAM and SSD 30GB.
I’m afraid about the old Celeron 847 (1.1Ghz dual core) from 2013 but I will try.
My question is about the RAM… 8GB is so much for HAAS I think.
Is there any configuration in hassio (or other installation S.O) to optimize this usage?
Example: use RAM as disk cache.
Or it is normal to HAAS consume about 1 to 2GB and leave the rest of RAM without usage?
