Nuki Smart Lock Pro gen4 mqtt set up

Hi, I have trouble trying to add this smart lock.
'My HA set up is:
HA green.
Matter thread enabled through Eero Pro 6 (3 devices).( everything fine so far)
Zigbee to mqqt through Sonoff Dongle E (everything fine so far)
Mosquitto Broker apparently ok.
I can’t add my nuki lock to mqqt. I’m not sure how to do it. I think the problem is with the host (anfitrión in Spanish) I’ve tried with my local IPV4 local staitic ip, but I’m not sure…I’m showing some snaps (sorry is in Spanish) so you can get an idea…

yes, you have to use your local Home Assistant IP address together with a HA user and password (I created a “nuki” user) in the Nuki Mqtt dialog
